Everyone offers some form of due diligence whether it is legal or financial. Even the big firms offer up their own version of tech due diligence. However, do they meet you where you're at right now?

Our tech diligence takes three perspectives into account while we apply our extensive experience working across the stack and multiple providers:

• Your ultimate goals for acquisition
• Your current situation
• The current and future user impact

The LOI is about to be signed (or has already been signed), and it is time to get the integration planning underway. You have dedicated PMIs planning out the various workstreams, and a team brought in specifically to handle the tech migration, but who is providing their guidance and direction?

If it is the PMI, they will see what needs to be done, but they don't know how each component in the workstream relates guaranteeing integration challenges. If it is the integration team brought in, then they are too low level to know what they will run into.

This is where we fill the gap: by providing the integration design and technical leadership to ensure everyone is not only on the same page, but the interrelated dependencies are also included in the project plan instead of discovered 3 months later.

It is a few months into the integration, and you are in the middle of the implementation, but something is off. The delays are stacking up with conveying apps, there is no data, and the PMs don't have a good answer. This is where we step in and provide the technical leadership beyond a fractional CTO or technical PM.

We will come up with an approach to capture where your team is currently at, look at the current blocking issues, and come up with a remediation plan to get the project back on track. We also provide the technical guidance for your implementation team to help them move forward.
