When I get the call

Most of my clients are well into the integration phase of their merger or acquisition.  When I get the call it is usually because:

  • The project is several months behind and the initial critical deadline is fast approaching.
  • The technical teams don’t understand the tools they are using or have chosen themselves to assist with the integration.
  • Don’t know where to optimize their costs or efforts by overspending on things they don’t need, or undrespendig on the things they do.

By then it is usually too late, but I’ve been able to help them make forward progress.

When you should call

  • When you hear “this is easy” from your technical leadership and this is your first acquisition.
  • When your technical leadership don’t bring any questions or don’t know what to ask during your due diligence.
  • When the deal closes and nobody knows what to do or where to start.

If any of this sounds like you, then don't hesitate to let me know!
